Adjectives tell us what kind, how many, or which one.
Types of Adjectives

Adjectives in Sentences
Section titled “Adjectives in Sentences”The adjective usually comes before the noun it describes:
- The fluffy cat sat on the mat.
- She has long hair.
- I ate a sweet mango.
- The noisy children played outside.
- He has a shiny red bicycle.
Practice
Section titled “Practice”Find the adjective in each sentence:
- The tiny mouse ran away. → tiny
- We saw a beautiful rainbow. → beautiful
- She wore a bright yellow dress. → bright yellow
- The old tree fell in the storm. → old
- He is a brave boy. → brave
